At we understand that sometimes your dream item didn't end up being all that dreamy. We'll gladly accept the return or exchange within 20 days from the date the package delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached, for the swimwear or lingerie, return request is accepted only if the hygienic liner is still attached. If the product appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

  • How does the exchange process work?

If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, or exchange for a complete different item, please send back your original item first, we will then issue store credit to you after receive your return tracking, you can go ahead and place a new order for a desired item, the new order will be sent to you with free shipping. However, refund will be issued if the product of new order has sold out.

  • How do I return my item?

Initiate a return by contacting our customer care, then follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return until you receive a return confirmation and requested information (RMA# and returns address).

1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Pack the unwanted item securely in a box or envelope with a note marked your Order# and RMA# included.
3. Mail the parcel to our returns address, we do not cover return shipping costs and we strongly recommend using a postal tracking service on any returns.

In order to smooth the return process, please feedback the return tracking to us, and allow up to 7 business days for refund processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

  • Will I get a full refund after sending back the returns?

A refund will only be applied for the amount paid for the products. Any amount paid for shipping on your order will not be refunded.

  • When will my refund be issued?

In order to expedite your return process, we shall appreciate your providing us with the return tracking information, such as the tracking number or the receipt of the returns, and please allow 7 business days for refund processing once your return is received, but it may take a few more days during busy periods. Once your refund has been issued please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • What if my returns past the 20-days return window?

If the returned package is received after 20 days, a Fashionpara Gift Card in the amount of the credit will be issued or you can start an exchange instead of the refund. Please note that purchase by Fashionpara Gift Card cannot be returned or exchanged.
